Beware of bait and switch tactics used by this firm and Christopher Pitts. I recently was involved in a divorce/CIR settlement and, after a phone interview process, hired Christopher Pitts to represent me. I signed off on the agreement to have him represent me, and was immediately handed off to one of the firms more junior attorneys. No mention from the firm that I would not be working directly with Mr. Pitts, who I had hired. I asked why I wasn't talking directly to Mr Pitts, or ever hearing from him regarding my case, and was told that in the early stages it was less expensive to work with a more junior, less expensive attorney. However, this never changed. I never heard from Mr Pitts, not once, during the entire 6 month long process. Only that when I first heard from the more junior attorney, she told me she would be 'assisting' Mr. Pitts. Which would have been fine, if the person I had actually hired in the beginning, would have been the one I was truly being represented by during
