Over a period of 2 years, I had the opportunity to work with several attorneys on a cyber security related class action lawsuit where my organization was the defendant. The attorney of greatest help, knowledge, and responsiveness was David Spellman. His attention to detail, thorough and clear explanations of actions and discovery requests, and deep knowledge of applicable law and regulations were key to bringing a positive resolution of the case. I would not hesitate to use him again if ever the need were to arise. It was a real pleasure to work with him.
Mr. Levinski is an excellent attorney. He keeps his clients informed during the entire process of their cases. He is an excellent communicator.
Jeffrey Kaatz at c was opposing council in a case my company was involved in last year. He was professional and helpful and even a year later helped with removing a UCC filing, going above and beyond. Fully recommend.
Extremely disappointed with this firm’s handling of our immigration case. They missed deadlines, provided incorrect guidance, and failed to act despite repeated follow-ups, resulting in unnecessary out-of-status issues for dependents. I would not recommend them for time-sensitive immigration matters.
Unprofessional . Created a trust for mentally ill person. Steven Fox caused a lot of problems to my family because of his luck of care and professional expertise. Innocent child and his mother is going through horrible time because he simply only cares about money .
I was told that in an "off the record" conversation, one of Jeffrey Kirschenbaum's former partners said Kirschenbaum was forced out of the firm because Kirschenbaum's ethics were not up to the standards of the firm and that Kirschenbaum was verbally abusive to employees and clients. This description of Kirschenbaum would sum up my experience with Kirschenbaum. Kirschenbaum did not uphold the duties he owed to me as his client. Kirschenbaum intentionally harmed my interests for the benefit of my adversaries. There is an expansive network of attorneys and others who are associated for the purpose of engaging in litigation fraud schemes; the California State Bar has been corrupted by this criminal enterprise and has turned a blind eye to the fraud and money laundering. Kirschenbaum's conduct is morally corrupt and devoid of human decency.
HORRIBLE experience! I've been work with one their associates, Bradley Hoff ion Seattle. Expected costs were never explained upfront and ended being several times expected. THEY HAVE NO FINANCIAL INCENTIVE TO CONTAIN COSTS OR FOR A GOOD OUTCOME FOR THEIR CLIENTS!
