Working with this lawyer has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with when it comes to a personal injury. The guidance & communication between myself and Morgan & Morgan has been abysmal. After my accident I went to an emergency room to be treated for my injuries. That visit was not dealt with in a timely manner & has now been in collections due to the lack of action taken by Brian. My accident was in October of 2021, it’s now June of 2023 & I’ve yet to come to a conclusion despite a settlement being made. Initial estimate after medical bills & liens paid out was $5,000-$6,000. Since then it’s been reduced to roughly $2,000 & I’m still having to deal with a collection agency while my credit is being tarnished. I was told to go to a specific doctor not knowing the doctor was just going to use me as a way to hike up my medical bills & deliberately overprice my visits & the equipment provided. I was at zero fault & yet my layers made more off my suffering than I have.
