Anna Linden is a dedicated family law attorney and tenacious litigator who is passionate about helping clients through some of the most difficult and emotional moments of their lives. With a strong commitment to standing up against bullying and protecting her clients’ interests, Anna provides strategic, compassionate representation both in negotiations and in the courtroom. She is driven by the belief that family law offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives during times of major transition.
A Seattle native, Anna attended Ingraham High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. She also minored in Biology and Environmental Studies and was actively involved in community service, organizing fundraisers for the Wounded Warrior Project and food drives for local schools.
Anna earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. During law school, she built a strong foundation in family law by volunteering with St. Andrew Legal Clinic and The Commons Law Center, both dedicated to serving families in need. Her outstanding commitment to pro bono service earned her the Pro Bono Challenge Award from the Oregon Supreme Court for completing the highest number of pro bono hours among her peers. She also served on the editorial board of the Animal Law Review, competed in regional mock trial competitions, worked as a research assistant for the Dean of Diversity and Inclusion, and helped lead fundraising efforts to support nonprofit summer internships for law students.
After graduation, Anna moved to Alaska, where she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Earl A. Peterson of the Fairbanks Superior Court. There, she gained valuable experience across a wide range of matters, including felony trials, complex civil litigation, and contested family law cases. She passed the bar exam the same year, scoring in the top 1% of national applicants.
Since returning to Seattle, Anna has focused her practice primarily on family law. Her diverse legal background and courtroom experience allow her to approach each case with creativity, precision, and tailored solutions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Before joining Envision Family Law, she served as Litigation Lead at her previous firm.
