properly file a patent application
obtain patent protection for their invention. After a nearly three-week trial in federal court, the court dismissed all claims against Andy's client, while the co-defendant law firm

Secured summary judgment on behalf of an insurer in an insurance reimbursement claim brought by a corporate housing services provider who paid a third party for property damage

Defended an insurance company in a case involving three separate claims for coverage under a Professional Liability General Partnership issued to a real estate development company. During discovery it was determined that the insured was aware of the potential claim by the former partner before the policy was issued,
the insurer brought a counterclaim for rescission of the policy based on material misrepresentations,
the federal court granted the insurer's motion for summary judgment rescinding the policy.
Successfully defended a global technology company
one of its senior executives against claims of sexual harassment
retaliation. After a one week arbitration, all claims against Andy's clients were dismissed.
Successfully represented a senior executive of a global media research firm against claims that he violated his contract by starting his own competing business.
