Hired Attorney

I went in for a brief consultation, was given a fixed fee for probate service for my parent's estate. I thought I was working with the atty's office to settle the estate. Instead, I was over billed for unnecessary time and had to dispute the bill. They were very cold-hearted during a difficult time--communications were terse and demanding.
