Michael Knollmeyer passed much of his responsibility off on his clerks. Several of the companies I wanted included in my bankruptcy were not and I am still being contacted by these companies for payment.

Knollmeyer is WEAK, SPINELESS, and WILL NOT fight for you! He will not have trial prep meetings with you. He took over 2 years to handle a 3 month case. He's wishy-washy. Ultimately, he's a snake who only wants your money and will force you to do something that is not in YOUR best interest. He just doesn't want to go to trial and fight for you and justice! What a wuss! Not to mention, he FORCES you to agree to an offer just hours before TRIAL just to save his reputation, his "name," because he "promised" the opposing counsel you would agree to it. He called it, and I quote, RE-NIGGING!" A true sack of crap!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
