D. Paul Petty

I currently live in Faulkner County but have heard so many good things about Mr. Petty the past 20 years and which would be the reason I’m choosing attorney Paul Petty to represent me through out my journey with the legal process I now face myself even if it’s not in the same county as my case and 30 minutes away because of how many people(probably close to 15) have personally told me how pleased they were with having him as legal counsel and all of them recommended him and said they would use him again if such occasion should ever rise again! To keep a good reputation that long and still have people constantly recommended this attorney is very rare in the legal field and very few achieve this high success rate over 20 years that I’ve personally been hearing about him. Can’t wait to see how the future goes but I know I will be in good hands and have confidence in my case!!!

I've witnessed this man in the courtroom many times while awaiting my son's trials. I didn't use him but see how he works. He's stumbles many times when cross examined, he seems to forget why he's there, he's cocky. Another soon used him for a divorce/custody. $3000. Up front. Total$6000. To do what!? His wife left him after having multiple secret relations and left him with three small children. This abandonment was never mentioned in court, she appeared for the divorce with her boyfriend, he got joint custody but had to pay her child support and he's got the children 75% of the time. He's good and dirty if you are a crook but when it comes to helping the innocent who want to do right, don't choose him. He's a joke.

If there were an option for zero stars, he would be one of them. Paid him $1700 for him to do absolutely nothing for me in court. Anytime I went into the office I felt as if there was nothing accomplished. Waste of time and waste of money. I had given him multiple pieces of evidence, and the opposing party had no lawyer, no paperwork, nothing. Petty backed out on the case without even fighting for it. I DO NOT recommend hiring Paul Petty.

Using Paul as my personal attorney was the absolute most detrimental decision I made during my wife’s divorce. He allowed me to be charged with child neglect by her dads security guard, even though the “witnesses” weren’t even present in court. He colluded with her family behind my back. Gave me advice to not hire a private investigator to recover my 15+ hacked phone accounts. I later found out that he’s involved in all kinds of organized crime. He tried to use intimidation tactics to shut me up

Be careful when choosing Petty. He is lazy and will not put forth a 100% effort in your case. He might not even call your witnesses to testify in court even if you ask him to do so. If he tells you have a winning case, be careful he thinks it is easy and will sit back and watch your case go down the tube.
