I definitely won't recommend. They received paperwork from (i sent certified) and never turned them in. I was told that they were never received. When things got bad and I had questions I never got any responses. I called and got transferred to voice mail. I emailed with no response. I got informed that nobody appeared in court on my behalf. To me they were not professional or personal at all.
I regret hiring Donald Neidhart Law Firm in Bellmore, NY. I paid $1,500 for help with a loan modification and possible short sale, but they did absolutely nothing for me. Despite all the promises, there was no progress, no meaningful updates, and no results. Mile Zagarino is a smooth talker, but in the end, he also did nothing to help my situation. Between him and the firm, I feel I was misled, ignored, and taken advantage of during an already stressful time. I trusted this firm to provide real guidance, but instead I was left disappointed and out of money. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
