While caring for a spouse with frontotemporal dementia, I went to PWW Law to update my will. I learned that, as a Delaware resident, Medicaid might cover the cost of in-home care for my spouse. PWW Law worked diligently with me to get my spouse qualified for Medicaid. Completion of an asset protection plan followed. My experience with Amber Woodland and PWW Law has been excellent. Go elsewhere. TWICE they have failed to honor the appointments they made with my family. We take off of work, drive a great distance, and show up at the time/date they set, and they are surprised we are all there bc no one has record of the appointment. Once could be an aberration, but twice is incompetence. If they cannot manage a schedule, how can they produce legally accurate documents for estate planning? Save your gas and inconvenience and go somewhere competent instead.
