DO NOT HIRE!!! I had the most unpleasant experience with Attorney DeLuca. Not only did he lie to me on several occasions but he misrepresented me in my case. He made my divorce 10x harder and more emotional than it needed to be. I was negotiating on my own but hired him to handle things I wish I never did. He was does not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner and constantly misrepresented my best interest in my divorce.
staff is very poor for getting paperwork to the court in timely fashion. They want their money but service is very incompetent. Would never suggest him as an attorney for representation unless he watches his staff. Also left us in his office for 35 minutes without any excuse -- just kept waiting our time is valuable too. Staff had a month to sent to court for hearing but yet the day of hearing, judge still did not have paperwork. Would call us w/ one item at a time that was needed-checklist
