Hired Attorney Kim Giombetti

Was very helpful. Good value. My only problem was that I asked her if the arrest would remain on my record after the charges were dropped, she assured me it would not. It is now on my record and I am working to have it expunged.

She only wants your money. No intention on helping anyone but herself. Rude,crude,and possibly a dude. YOU will leave worse than you were. Less money Less freedom Very confused. Beware her and the prosecutor will come up with a great plan to keep you in the system and to keep your money going in their pockets... RUN..

Money hungry, dishonest, scammer. Hire this guy to lie to a judge, pull together the worst evidence, and pretend to be your best friend. Hes not cheap, the services he should provide but don’t will still cost you a pretty penny. If your corporation is paying, he’ll charge triple.

Scott will only make matters worse. This guy will convince you to lie in-front of a judge, and still do a horrible job. Crooked lawyer who only wants your money - he’ll make up 10 reasons to hire him. Don’t even waste your time.
