Very hands-on attorney. Stuart was always available for a call or a meeting to answer my questions. He is a master negotiator to get creditors off your back. He does not pawn you off on other people and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my difficult time.

I would have rated all 5 stars, but there is something missing from the communication when it is all electronic. Very pleased with Mr. Gavzy, but his assistants (paralegals) kept losing my communications.
I probably would not recommend this attorney, not so much for his abilities, but more so because of the poor communication between the paralegal staff. I was not as informed about the direction of my case and believe they could try harder to keep clients abreast of the procedures involved and the progress of their clients' cases.
