    At the outset he said we had a very good case to defend ourselves against an unperforming partner who had brought suit against us. He did not prepare us at all for depositions and we appeared completely unprepared and foolish in front of the competition. We ended up in mediation and he then said we had no case at all, that we should take our losses and run. We still owe his firm thousands of dollars but they are not pursuing payment, maybe because I complained. Read less
