BEWARE!!! DO NOT hire this attorney! He will take your money as a Lump Sum Fee and not do the work, delay filings, continuously ask for extensions and then when you ask for a refund of the money, he gives you a puffed up time sheet saying he did the work. He does not respond to emails or calls and he pisses off judges and other attorneys. Look at his cases...he loses motions and appeals. He is a washed up con artist attorney who should not be practicing anymore!
