Marshall Martin was extraordinary thorough in his research, preparation, review of details of case with me and in his preparation and presentation at every step of his representation of my case. He is very kind and thoughtful and is extremely respectful to individuals with disabilities/challenges. He was thorough and efficient and a superb, wonderful understanding person. I have been completely beyond satisfied with his extraordinary representation of me in all aspects of my case.

Hired Attorney

Marshall's knowledge, skill and experience made every penny spent worthwhile. I had specific concerns and fears, and I felt that they were understood and addressed throughout the process. Updates were timely and options were explained thoroughly. I felt confident that my best interests and those of my family were always in mind. I am very satisfied with the end result and will not hesitate to call again if there is ever again a need.

Overly expensive relative to benefits received; while we did settle, we felt there was more that could have been done to help us, but the upfront cost made it prohibitive.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
