Marilee Miller Clarke is the founder and owner of Clarke Law Firm, PLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, with over 40 years of legal experience. Her practice focuses on estate planning and probate, business law and litigation, and family law. Ms. Clarke’s career includes private practice with firms in Scottsdale and Phoenix and prominent leadership roles. She was the first woman President of a Phoenix-area law firm with over 10 attorneys and served as Vice President and General Counsel of Wells Fargo Credit Corporation, overseeing assets exceeding $1 billion. She also served as Section Chief for the Resolution Trust Corporation-Legal in Phoenix and clerked for the Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court.
Ms. Clarke earned her B.A. in English with high distinction and honors from Indiana University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, where she was managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. A Fellow of the College of Estate Planning Attorneys, she is Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona Civil Remedies text and a contributor to various legal publications.
She has served as President of the Scottsdale Bar Association and actively supports community organizations, including the Phoenix Art Museum and Foothills Caring Corps.
