My husband was involved in an accident in which he was determined to be at fault and the person driving the other vehicle did not have insurance coverage. Our insurance company declined to honor our coverage (due to an misunderstanding on our part we did not notify our insurance of the new vehicle within 30 days) and we were left with thousands of dollars of out of pocket expenses and the threat of a lawsuit from the other driver. Len and his practice were able to find case law and language in the contract that impacted our situation and he wrote a letter outlining those things to our insurance company. Upon receiving that letter, our insurance company reversed their decision to decline coverage and we were fully reimbursed for all of our out of pocket expenses and the threat of a lawsuit by the other driver was dropped. Even though it felt like a LONG time before this issue was settled, it was actually less than 6 months and Mr. Greer was so considerate at all times.
We were hit by an underinsured motorist, and my injuries exceeded the limits of her insurance coverage. Not only did Mr. Greer collect the full limits of her policy, but also had to go after our own insurance carrier. Our coverage was more than adequate to cover the medical costs, but they had no desire to compensate us. Mr. Greer not only helped us reach an excellent settlement, but he kept me calm and well informed throughout the whole long ordeal. He was very professional, accommodating, and responsive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him.
