Jared Leung is the managing attorney at JCL Immigration Attorneys, PLLC. He finds practicing immigration law deeply rewarding, as it enables individuals and families to pursue their American dreams, lead productive lives, and raise children in safe environments where they can achieve their potential. Jared represents a wide range of clients, from businesses seeking work visas and green cards for talented employees to individuals applying for E-1, E-2, and EB-5 investor visas. He counsels companies on I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and ICE audits, helping mitigate penalties and implement sustainable systems. For families, he handles marriage-based, fiancée, and other family petitions, as well as extraordinary ability, national interest waiver, and outstanding researcher petitions. Jared’s experience managing a consular practice in Hong Kong for a New York law firm from 2006 to 2008 equips him with unique insights into U.S. consulates and embassies. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and hiking.

Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.1. Jared messed up on our names and dates on our affidavits. Sounds simple, not all, with those types of mistakes we had to ask to get our previous “affidavits withdrawn” and submit corrected ones. 2. Only a week away from our Residency appointment interview and Jared completely missed the document marking my wife with a "3 or 10 year bar" which meant we needed a I-601 waiver. Even worse, we were the ones that had to point that out to him, then he blamed us for not telling him! It was in the stack we gave him 3 years before! 3. The story gets worse: When we realized we needed a waiver, we had only 30 days and we questioned him about the process, he was completely unprofessional and even became angry. Jared disrespected us and raised his voice and told us "If you have doubts then you need to go find another attorney!" 4. WE DID SWITCH ATTORNEYS! AND WE WERE GLAD WE DID! OUR WAIVER WAS APPROVED WITH A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY's HELP!
