Hired Attorney

Having never been through a dispute where the only remedy was to take legal action, I was very nervous about the process. After interviewing several firms, I felt that Dustin Romney at Frazier Law would advocate strongly for me. Dustin was a terrific attorney as he took the time to explain the legalities of the dispute and figuratively held my hand throughout the process. As someone who likes to be in the driver’s seat, this was an area where I had to let go, trust the process and trust in my representation. During the case, it became clear that any dispute, however simple, can easily be twisted into a complicated mess. Dustin’s keen ability to stay focused and avoid getting mired down in useless counterpoints was essential and, in my opinion, helped drive the matter to resolution. It also helped that he believed in my case and represented me with utmost integrity. I wouldn’t think twice about retaining Dustin Romney again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
