Donna was very thorough with everything that she did for my case. She made sure that all of my requests were met, and her attitude was always reassuring in the midst of everything. She set out to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I'm glad i made the choice to go with her and the truly benevolent and compassionate staff members.

Donna Hougen was very helpful in securing guardianship of our grandchild. She was kind, helpful and made it easier and less expensive to get it accomplished. We are extremely grateful !

Ms. Hougen offers a free initial consultation, which is something many family law firms do not do. She has been practicing for approximately 20 years and is quite knowledgeable. She is very personable and doesn't have the "holier than thou" air about her like many attorneys do. With her, you get sound advice, very aggressive representation, all without the "fluff" of hiring a big wig attorney that inflates their bills and charges for services they didn't provide.

Friendly staff, terrible service. The attorney literally could not even remember my name, let alone any important facts. Even got facts wrong in front of the judge. Very poor performance, if any help at all.

Not all client's can be made happy, and we have a valid complaint from time to time, for which my firm usually provides remuneration. Not this client, he was so offensive I terminated his representation. He is upset over it and making up lies.
