Kevin has been the most trusted, valued person in my life, on a professional level, since my husband's death. His help has been invaluable, timely, always clear and understandable for someone who needed JUST that during this process. I cannot imagine having navigated these waters without him. He has become a trusted friend in the process. I cannot speak more highly of Kevin and his expertise and ability to communicate.
Our experience with Dolasinski Miller Martin has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We initially hired them to draft our estate documents, and everything seemed fine at the time. However, when we needed to update our beneficiaries and sought clarification on a government filing letter they sent, we were met with complete silence. We’ve made numerous attempts to reach out — multiple emails, phone calls, and even messages left with their receptionist, who was terse. Yet, despite our best efforts, no one has bothered to return any of our communications. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for client communication is appalling. It's hard to believe that this is the same firm we worked with when everything seemed fine. At this point, it’s clear that they don't value their clients. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal services. There are plenty of other law firms in the metro area.
