I started the process of applying with a large national company. I had questions but could not ask an attorney. I would only be able to reach unqualified phone support people. Even reaching these people was difficult. My experience at Desert Disablity was totally different. They were easy to reach and always answered my questions. I was able to work with Jefferey, the attorney, directly. He even increased my chances of being accepted by offering to take less back pay (decreasing his fees). Jeff and his group did a fantastic job handling my case. The entire staff that I worked with were super friendly and very helpful. I'm a veteran and use the VA in Tucson.
