Gas Company in defense of an attempt to usurp corporate control of the utility, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Defeated plaintiffs' TRO application that sought to transfer control of the utility from defendants to plaintiffs, which then led to plaintiffs' voluntarily dismissing their complaint.
Obtained defense verdict in jury trial against multiple real estate syndicates brought by investors who alleged that they were defrauded in their investments totaling more than $2.8 million for the acquisition of apartment complexes in Tucson
Phoenix.
Obtained dismissal of misappropriation of trade secrets case brought against national retailer.

Obtained dismissal of defamation lawsuit brought by former police officer against police chief related to alleged comments made in connection with the officer's termination.
