Kent and his team delivered an excellent outcome for my family. In addition to being the consummate professional of the highest integrity, Kent is also a compassionate, kind, patient and truly decent human being. My Dad became very ill and passed away during this time. I was blessed to have Kent’s support, both professionally and emotionally, during a very trying period. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would recommend Kent and his team to anyone who may be looking for a professional and aggressive attorney. Kent and his team helped my family through a very difficult time. If it weren't for Kent and his team, my family and I would have been devastated, financially and mentally. Kent took care of all of the behind scenes issues where I did not have to worry. My family and I are very thankful for the professionalism and sincere concern for myself and my family. I consider Kent a friend.

I was giving this review a lot of thought. I wanted it to sound professional and well worded, but the truth is I am just a middle aged single mother that needed some help desperately and didn't know where to turn. Kent Berk was referred to me and I was very nervous my first time in the office. My nerves were calmed immediately upon meeting Mr. Berk in his beautiful and comfortable office. Kent was professional and honest with me. He listened to what I needed to say and then pointed me in the rig

I am grateful to have the opportunity to recommend Kent Berk to anyone in need of a highly professional and tremendously knowledgeable trust/probate attorney. He is a skillful and aggressive courtroom litigator. His ethics and honesty are above reproach. At each turn, Kent allowed me to decide the course of action after counseling me on the options and potential costs. His fees have been extremely fair. We were poorly represented by another firm in a case involving a termination of lease dispute. Mr. Berk and his firm had the original judgement against us reversed on appeal and also managed to collect all of our expenses.

I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer. The fees were way higher than expected, and the service didn’t match the cost. Communication was slow, and I didn’t feel like they fought hard for my case. Disappointing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
