A. Roman Pacheco is an associate in the Irvine office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where he practices primarily in commercial litigation and as an insurance defense attorney, with extensive experience in civil litigation of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, commercial litigation claims including trucking and company vehicle incidents. Prior to moving to Orange County in 2018, Roman practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada primarily as a civil litigator focusing on commercial law and construction/design defect matters.
Roman, originally from Colorado, attended Temple University in Philadelphia where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Roman received his Juris Doctor from University of Southern California School of Law.
When he has the opportunity, Roman enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman participating in a variety of outdoor activities, camping, backpacking, and fishing.
Roman is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Nevada.
