Hired Attorney

AGAIN, responding to Bertch's LIE about bullying. The LAW states that the executor of the will is supposed to be transparent, communicative and provide receipts, etc. After almost two years with no communication and having been sent to Bertsch to communicate by the executor. My verifying responsibilities with my own attorney, and a 28 year veteran of the Sherriff's dept. I have done no bullying, but only quoted the law to KENNETH BERTSCH who evades it and LIES. In two separate wills!

Hired Attorney

I was referred to Kenneth D. Bertsch for communication during a family will twice by executors and each time Mr. Bertsch ignored me for weeks into months and then when he finally engaged me in conversation, after I was advised to report his conduct to the board, then and only then he started being more assertive. Unfortunately, he polarized my statements and perverted them to his paying client and back to me in an attempt to make me look bad, along with repeatedly contradicting himself, etc.

This person was not my client, but was an heir in an estate that I was retained to probate. His sister was the personal representative. He is not happy because he did not get the personal property he wanted and I would not allow him to bully his sister.
