Hired Attorney Joseph Villano

Joe was recommended to me by my cousin, who is also an attorney, to handle my real estate purchase transaction. Joe kept me informed at every step of the way and took the time to explain the process and terminology. He advised, but also listened to my ideas and opinions. Joe is very responsive with phone calls, text, and email. He moved the closing along at a brisk pace, explaining each document in clear terms with a bit of humor tossed in. I would recommend Joe Villano.

Joe does much more than real estate, but my experience has to do with him as my real estate attorney for selling a house. I moved out of state and Joe took care of everything. Joe took the to explain anything I need explained. Also during a very difficult transaction with numerous delays from the other side Joe always took my call or called me back as soon possible. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
