Illinois bar association It appears Mrs.Spears forged my clients signature on a divorce property split. My client tells me Mrs spears has done this multiple times without his authorization . Steeling his property in favor of his ex-wife . This is a serious crime demanding she is disbarred from Practicing law . We aim to correct her wrong doing . There will be criminal charges as well as I ask the courts to severely punish this woman for fraud , theft, forged, etc .etc.etc . Marital property. Everything that belongs to both spouses. It must be divided in the divorce. It was not Mrs Spears acted in appropriately and committed fraud to help the case go in favor of her friend . Leaving my client robbed. ARDC
