Hired Law Firm

DO NOT HIRE CASHMAN LAW FIRM!!! She did the same thing to me. She blew my statue of limitations to a personal injury case. If she did this to you too, file a complaint with the Grievance Committee. I’m sure Cashman Law firm has done this to more people.

Hired Law Firm

I hired cashman law firm after my daughters were injured in a automobile accident. At first everything went well then about 6 months into the case total silence. No longer received updates or call backs. Bills were being sent to my house and as requested by the law firm I forwarded them to them with nothing getting done. I have recently asked a second law firm to look over the case to make sure it was being done correctly. The cashman law firm is refusing to let us look at the files. Do not use

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
