Amreeta is a delight! She helped my husband and I with the closing of both our co-ops and our home. There's a reason we keep going back to her! She is detailed in her explanations and answered all of our questions in an easy-to-understand way. She forewarned us of any possible challenges and made them as painless as possible. She went above and beyond on a few occasions doing things that we not her responsibility but knew we wanted to close ASAP. Would highly recommend Amreeta!

Hiring Amreeta was the worst experience of my life. She is NOT a good lawyer. From the beginning she was careless and inconsistent. She was unavailable most of the time when I needed her. For 2 months, She advised me against closing with the seller inside then changed her advice to benefit the seller (probably paid her out). She wanted me to sign closing with seller in the house and only hold 5k in escrow. Even the seller‘s attorny disagreed with the amount and voluntarily offered a higher amount. She also lied and threatened that I’d lose my down payment to pressure me to sign the closing with seller staying in home. She sent the TOE late knowing my rate lock will expire. She dropped the ball and said I need to hire another attorny to litigate and get my down payment back. She tricked my husband into signing something he was not supposed to sign, due to language barriers he trusted her and signed. I have many more examples of her unethical practices, STAY AWAY!
