Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Sumners vast knowledge of many aspects of law came in handy during my early life's problems with a failed marriage, custody hearings on up to cooperate council of a family owned business and all the aspects I needed help with to understand what I was asked to pay and the money due me from the sale of the business. Dealing with the death of a child at this time Sumner was kind and understanding of what I was going through during this difficult time.
very knowledgable, provided useful information, made great suggestions, sent additional info, made followup call
Sumner is volatile, full of displaced anger and has no credibility. He states he will do one thing and never follows through with any action whatsoever. He blames his clients for his own shortcomings and failings. His communication skills are sub par. I would recommend a recent newly licensed attorney over this individual.
One of his associates handled Cliffsp8nting case in a Breach of Contract case. It never went to the courts due to the associate stating that even though we had a signed written contract, it could be legally breached if you had started the contracted job and not completed yet when the company who contracted you changed their ming and wanted a different procedure done. Our company had to return the deposited amount for beginning this project plus pay the lawyer that was supposed to assist us.
