Oliver Maner was founded in Savannah, Georgia, in 1897 when Judge H.D.D. Twiggs and Francis McDonald Oliver formed a partnership then known as Twiggs and Oliver. Since then, Oliver Maner has grown to one of the largest law firms in Southeast Georgia. Along the way, our firm's trial attorneys established a reputation of success with courtroom victories in challenging cases throughout Southeast Georgia. Hired Attorney Benjamin M. Perkins

I was being sued in federal court and Ben was hired by my employer to represent me. I’ve never been in that situation so I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Ben was there every step of the way to help me through it. Ben handled everything and made the process very easy. After we met and discussed the case he told me to put it out of my mind and not let it bother me every day. I did what he said and had almost forgot I was being sued until Ben emailed to let me know that we had been granted summary judgement! Hopefully I’ll never be in that situation again, but if I am Ben will be my go to. And I will use him or his firm for any other legal matters.
