Hired Attorney Mathew M. McCoy

Mat McCoy bungled our lawsuit. He couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess he made of details of a settlement, so passed it to his least experienced associate, who decided he had more sympathy for our opponent than for us and admitted to having had numerous PERSONAL conversations with him. Also, I'd asked specifically for confidentiality on a particular point, which the associate completely ignored, shared the info with opposing lawyer, betraying our confidence because he "thought it best."
