Kelly & Kelly, LLP was formed in January of 2006 by the father and son team of Roy R. Kelly, III ("Robby") and Roy R. Kelly, IV ("Rob"). Robby has practiced law in Monticello, Georgia since 1975 representing clients in criminal and civil litigation, domestic and family law, real estate and personal injury.

Rob has practiced law in Savannah since 2000 representing clients in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, automobile and tractor trailer wrecks, product liability and commercial litigation.

In 2011, Gini Lynn Jenkins joined Kelly & Kelly in an of counsel position and practices in the Savannah office. Gini Lynn represents clients in matters involving personal injury, automobile and tractor trailer wrecks, premises liability and worker's compensation.

These folks were there from the start of my case, two weeks before I could get a new-patient dr appt. So few people realize they've been harmed seriously enough to need representation, and to save EVERYTHING, until it's too late. That said, I had excellent guidance as I treated, which got me better care and made their job easier. I still get xmas cards from them, and they're just a phone call away when I need a quick answer, 5+ years after we settled
