David Purvis is a partner at The Manely Firm, P.C. in Savannah, Georgia, representing families across Southeast Georgia—including Chatham, Liberty, Bulloch, Effingham, and Bryan counties—and handling complex domestic and international family-law matters. He has extensive Hague experience worldwide, regularly serves pro hac vice on intricate matters throughout the United States, and has tried international child-abduction cases in federal courts in Florida and Georgia. David has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals, served as a Special Assistant Administrative Law Judge for the State’s Child Abuse Registry, and taught Family Law and Domestic Relations as an adjunct professor at Savannah Law School.
