Hired Attorney Mr. Charles Loncon

Mr. Loncon was appointed by the court to represent me due to a conflict of interest with the public defenders office. He did not file an "entry of appearance" until 2 days prior to trial. Had no working knowledge of my case or did he ever perform an independent investigation into the matter. I WAS SENTENCED TO 15 DO 7. DO NOT RETAIN THIS MAN. I REPEAT. DO NOT HIRE HIM. YOU WILL GO TO PRISON.

Hired Attorney Mr. Charles Loncon

Attorney Charles V. Loncon in my opinion is a disgrace to a profession I have always admired. We obtained him for a criminal case and paid this dude to show up late 2x, no call/no contact for the 3 third date and never complete any paperwork ordered by the judge, resulting in my son/his client sitting in custody well over 300 days to date without so much as a bond reduction without any evidence ever being presented against him. He has not answered our calls or replied to any text messages in over 90 days and my son remains unidicted. We've since learned after some serious digging that Loncon has been previously suspended two times for his unorthodox practices of the law. Please spend the extra money, for an attorney who cares about his reputation and the well being of his clients.

Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
