Our firm is driven by our founding attorney, Tinley M. Rudd. Attorney Rudd emphasizes that the firm must always genuinely strive to live up to its motto: Compassionate Advocacy. Holding more than a decade of experience in the legal field as an attorney and paralegal, attorney Rudd has had ample opportunity to learn about people and their problems. As a result, attorney Rudd always approaches cases, not thinking of them as technical issues to be managed as much as personal problems for which people are requesting our help.
