After graduating from Sarasota High School, he attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, 1976. He attended Florida State University, earning a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration in 1983, where upon he returned to Sarasota. Theodore A. Gollnick founded Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. in 1990, focusing from the start in the area of guardianship law. Hired Attorney

Attorney Gollnick made filing for guardianship as easy as can be, especially considering we were long distance clients. He was knowledgeable and expertly knew to file paperwork waiving fees that we qualified for. He was responsive and had answered our emails in a matter of hours, not days. He was understanding, caring, and compassionate in regards to our situation (and even in the outcome). I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Gollnick and his team. We appreciate him and all the hard work he did for our case.

Hired Attorney

Atty Gollnick was a pleasure to work with on my estate case. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the processes step by step regarding probate., he listened to my concerns regarding other family involvement, he knows the right people to help you out with real estate sales etc.I would highly recommend Atty Gollnick for all your estate and guardianship needs.
