Backed by many years of experience, I represent disabled individuals on a contingent fee basis. This means that if you are not awarded your benefits, you do not have to pay the attorney fee. The contingent fee is generally limited to 25% of the past due benefits, plus expenses. This will not affect your regular future monthly benefits.
Education
Before establishing my own practice, I attended Kutztown State College in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, where I obtained a BS degree in elementary education and French in May of 1970. I graduated Cum Laude.
In addition to my BS degree, I acquired a M. Ed. Degree in December of 1972 in elementary guidance and counseling. I continued my education at Stetson University School of Law in Gulfport, Florida, where I obtained my Juris Doctor in December of 1977. Today, I focus on Social Security disability and family mediation, and I look forward to helping you with your legal needs.
