Hired Attorney

definetly here to fill his pocket and make one crazy. Has zero regards for other rights. if your into spending money and making the ex-spouse crazy, this is the man for you. I previously confirmed my agreement to continue the Case Management Hearing to November, xx, 2025 via Zoom, as proposed. However, I understand from Ms. Molinaro's response on behalf of Mr. Colton that the Former Husband does not agree to the continuance. I must respectfully express that proceeding with the Case Management Hearing while my related criminal case remains pending directly jeopardizes my constitutional rights, including my Fifth Amendment protections. I have acted in good faith by filing a Motion to Stay Proceedings on July 24, 2025, to preserve those rights and prevent prejudicial overlap between these cases. Should the Court proceed with the hearing despite these constitutional implications"
