In 2009, he obtained his Florida Bar License and has since been admitted to the Northern, Middle, and Southern District Federal Courts. Additionally, Mr. Seigel has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida since 2002.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Seigel served as a family law case manager in Portland, OR, at a legal clinic dedicated to assisting low-income families. During this time, he provided valuable guidance on divorce, child custody, child support, and real estate issues, including landlord/tenant matters and violations of the Fair Housing Code.
