Three months later, my loan has not been satisfied, the buyer has the deed to my house, and I have accrued over $15,000 in fees from my lender. Turns out an entity JAXTOSRQ (WITH THE SAME ADDRESS AS THIS LAW FIRM) lent the buyer money for my home. My home was in foreclosure, being auctioned off on, January 10, 2023. I was referred to the President of Sunstate Home Buyers, James 'Jim' E. Perrone, who said he was a cash buyer (signed a cash contract) and I he could prevent the foreclosure.
