Attorney Horowitz is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever dealt with. He agreed to take my case, regarding me not having electricity in my mobile home for over 3 months because my landlord ELS tells me that I'm responsible for the underground utilities (l lease the land) which I'm not. I paid him $500.00 and never heard from him again! Not even one phone call or email regarding the status after 2 weeks. I emailed his secretary and him many times, to no avail. He said he was too busy after I demanded a refund. Don't take on cases if you're not able to!! He agreed to a refund of $250.00 only. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! If you don't do the work, you don't get paid. PERIOD!!! RUN FROM THIS FIRM!!!!!!
