I love Jo-ann she has made me feel like family from the second I contacted her she and Tim were my mothers lawyer's when I was a kid when I contacted them I mentioned my mom and immediately she knew who I was when I said my mom pasted away they cried stating how much they love her if your looking for a lawyer that will help you and treat you like family I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING WITH FARROW AND PULICE THEY ARE THE BEST AND IM SO HAPPY THEIR HELPING ME IN MY TIME OF NEED!!!!!!

He couldn't always remember the details of my case, who I was, where I lived. After no action on my case, he started off by telling me it would be easier if I "wasn't from out of state". I lived in Englewood with a Fla. drivers license. Did not point out injuries that were Not pre-existing to the accident. I already had a disability and it was made worse. He was super chummy with the Insurance Company attorney. Felt like he was working for them, not me. He got more money than me.
