My experience with Attorney Darryl Mitchell was not good, to put it mildly. Several red flags: --he tried to renege on agreed upon price and then subsequently charged me $450/hour. --Darryl did not keep me informed. When asked, he told me he "doesn't normally keep his clients in the loop". Not sure who would be okay with that? --Several inaccuracies and flat out untruths in the one draft document he did prepare. --Darryl took almost no notes and asked me the same questions SEVERAL times. His assistant claimed he was just "trying to see if my answers changed", yet I'm having to pay him ($450/hour) each time. I ended up paying him almost $5,000 before cutting my losses. For that money I got only frustration and no usable product.
