Great Lawyer. Knows what he is doing and always there to help.
The office was unresponsive to phone calls, did not complete the requested work in a timely fashion, gave me incorrect information, took a month to send me paperwork from the court after it had been recorded, and did not complete a deed transfer I paid for. I had to go to the courthouse myself to complete the transfer and pay the clerk of the court.
Run! They do not care about people after they get their money! Please use a different attorney! We used this lawyer for trust and real estate and when the family had questions, the receptionist on the phone charged money and then could not get answers for 24 hours! Highway robbery
Atty Vorbeck has demonstrated poor customer service which also possibly pointed to an alleged common practice in Florida of attorneys writing trusts that elderly unwittingly sign which automatically take their wealth away from them, redistribute it to collusive designees & which then forces elderly into nursing homes under Medicaid. I witnessed this as I was the intended recipient of my mother's wealth but I stopped the process and stopped delivery of the trust for her signature.
