Mancuso R Lynette Is the worst mediator/attorney you can find? I will not recommend her to anyone. She’s incompetent, unprofessional. She did multiple mistakes in my divorce decree papers, that caused me to hire a professional attorney, who is trying to fix her mistakes. I’m a single mother and I’m struggling because of her lack of knowledge and skills. If you don’t want to go through what went don’t hire her.

I previously confirmed my agreement to continue the Case Management Hearing to November, xx, 2025 via Zoom, as proposed. However, I understand from Ms. Molinaro's response on behalf of Mr. Colton that the Former Husband does not agree to the continuance. I must respectfully express that proceeding with the Case Management Hearing while my related criminal case remains pending directly jeopardizes my constitutional rights, including my Fifth Amendment protections. I have acted in good faith by filing a Motion to Stay Proceedings on July 24, 2025, to preserve those rights and prevent prejudicial overlap between these cases. Should the Court proceed with the hearing despite these constitutional implications"
Horrible . No moral character on the damage they can cause in family law cases. One lawyer billed another person an amount which was bigger than what he actually worked. It was disgusting what this lawyer did in this family case. Noone should be put through that in a family case. It doesn't benefit the children nor the parents. Totally disgusted by this firm and lawyer.
The lawyer in the case was a disgusting human being. Saw him around downtown a few times drunk. Not only that what a disgust to assist in benefiting one parent over the other to the extent he did. Including himself in private matters. I would not recommend this firm whatsoever if they allow this.
