I attended a seminar not long ago. Since I have been dealing with my lender(Wells Fargo)alone, while getting no results, I sought legal advice. After the free seminar I learned many things that previously evaded me. I was in contact with Alliance the next day and have never felt better about hiring an atty. I highly recommend going to the seminar, you might find the answers that have eluded you.

When contacting the firm expect more than just David working on your stuff. He has a larger team now than reported on BBB. One thing I wish was that on the website was Case history (win-loss record.) Other than that they have been relatively good with me.
I cannot contact my attorney directly for the reason I hired them in the first place. I keep getting para-legal lady's that try to redirect me to what they think I need and not what I hired them for. They were great at first but not that they have me on a retainer I cannot contact them. Time is getting short and I'm getting worried.
Hired this group to deal with a foreclosure & get a mortgage loan modification. Paid them $18,000 & got a loan modification. They set-up monthly payments to be made in advance of the 1st of the month due date. Even before loan agreement was signed mortgage company took loan payments and applied the monthly payments to the loan principle rather than the loan payments. This put me one month behind in payments right from the start of the new loan modification. Law group refuses to help this mess.
