Adam and his team were great! I have never encountered a scenario like mine, but Adam was great at spending the time to talk with me about the issue at hand and best course of action. While it did take some time to come to the resolution, Adam answered my questions in the interim, so we were prepared for next steps. I would highly recommend Adam and his team.
